Description
Tarrant County is seeking to select the most qualified vendor for the overall management of the County's oil and gas mineral assets located on or beneath County-owned properties. The contract awarded will be for twelve months with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. The scope includes comprehensive professional services such as strategic leasing plan development, review and negotiation of leases, revenue processing, reporting, and environmental monitoring.
