This solicitation is a request for proposals to provide standard and synthetic product lines of lubrication oils and greases for use by State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members on an as-needed basis. The contract covers only oil and lube products; antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, ice melt products, and similar items are excluded. Responses must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by May 11, 2026. The contract term is anticipated from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, with options to extend up to four additional years.
