The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide nonpersonal outpatient services at the Pinon Health Center and other facilities within the Chinle Service Unit on the Navajo Nation. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit - Contracting office located in Window Rock, Arizona - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the opportunity is for professional healthcare services - Products/Services Requested: - Pediatric Nurse Practitioner nonpersonal services - Outpatient Family Practice/General Medicine Physician services, including urgent care, primary care, and direct patient care - Service coverage required for 2080 hours per year (full-time equivalent) - Contractor must be a certified Nurse Practitioner with all required licenses and certifications - Compliance with HIPAA and federal healthcare standards is mandatory - Invoicing requires daily sign-in sheets - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Service may include short-term assignments and intermittent support as needed - Work will be performed at multiple federal healthcare facilities on the Navajo Nation
