Columbus City Schools (CCS) is soliciting bids for Pest Management Services for Fiscal Year 2027, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with possible extensions for two additional fiscal years. The awarded vendor must provide monthly and as-needed pest management services to all major CCS buildings and associated support buildings, following Ohio Department of Agriculture regulations and an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) model. The service includes exterior inspections, communication with site contacts, and compliance with pesticide restrictions suitable for school settings. Vendor performance will be measured quarterly based on completion rates, customer feedback, and use of the CCS work order system.
