Anaheim Public Utilities, together with the City of Anaheim Public Works Department, is seeking a contractor for the construction of a new warehouse at 1014 E. South St., Anaheim, CA. - Government Buyer: - Anaheim Public Utilities (City of Anaheim) - Public Works Department (City of Anaheim) - OEMs and Vendors: - SIELOX (SIELOX 1700 controller for badge reader system) - HID (MaxiProx vehicle entry badge reader) - Tagmaster (XT-1 vehicle entry badge reader) - ProxPro II (pedestrian badge reader) - Siemens (burglar alarm system) - Fire-Lite or Hochiki (fire control panel) - Products/Services Requested: - SIELOX 1700 controller, conduit, and CAT 6 patch for badge reader system - HID MaxiProx and Tagmaster XT-1 vehicle entry badge readers - ProxPro II pedestrian badge reader - Siemens burglar alarm system (with two controllers, motion and door sensors, citywide monitoring capability) - Fire-Lite or Hochiki fire control panel (city-approved substitutes allowed) - Complete warehouse construction (grading, pad certification, utility connections, fire protection, alarm systems, permits, inspections, storage racking permits) - Trenching for fiber and future electrical features (including stub-ups for EV chargers, power, badge readers) - Removal and replacement of 300' x 8' CMU wall, debris disposal, temporary fencing, footing, and electrical pole relocation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with city standards and include all costs, taxes, and permits - Contractor must coordinate with city in-house teams for certain trenching and installation tasks - All systems must be fully operable and integrated upon completion - Project includes both security and fire protection systems with specific OEMs highlighted - Permitting and inspections are required for all phases of the project

This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Anaheim Public Utilities (APU) in partnership with the Public Works Department seeks a contractor for the construction of a new warehouse at 1014 E.
