Montgomery County on behalf of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force (SEPA RTF) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Heavy Vehicle Rescue Course to advance technical skills in extrication strategies for heavy vehicle incidents. The training will be attended by personnel representing all five counties in the SEPA TF region, selected through a vetting process by county leadership. The vendor is expected to provide the curriculum as cited in the FEMA Training Program Administrative Manual. The solicitation is an RFP with submissions due by May 21st, 2026.
