The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking quotes for the procurement of AudioCodes hardware and software to support the TECREF program. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - OEM Highlight: - AudioCodes is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all hardware and software - Products/Services Requested: - AudioCodes hardware and software (specific models, part numbers, and quantities are not detailed in the solicitation text) - Vendors must complete the attached price schedule for all required line items - Notable Requirements: - Submissions must include terms and conditions, EULA or MSA, warranty terms, and representation and certifications - Pre-award SCRM (Supply Chain Risk Management) information may be required if applicable - A letter of authorization from AudioCodes (the manufacturer) is mandatory - Government-approved terms are preferred - Place of Performance: - Arlington, Virginia - Contract vehicles such as GSA Schedule or NASA SEWP may be proposed if applicable

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a quote for RFQ-SBC AudioCodes Hardware and Software TECREF. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria.  

Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):

Price Schedule or Quote – Vendors must complete the attached pricing schedule, or the proposal will be rejected. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions Pre-Award SCRM Information (if applicable) Letter of Authorization from manufacturer Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (If Applicable)

Questions are due by 12:00PM EST on April 30, 2026. All quotes are due by 12:00PM EST on May 11, 2026.
