Description
The Long Beach Utilities Department is soliciting proposals for on-call professional engineering services. The scope includes pipeline and pump station improvements, pipeline condition assessment, tank rehabilitation, cathodic protection, groundwater well hydraulic modeling, groundwater treatment plant improvements, water resources planning, traffic control engineering design, structural evaluation and design, SCADA support, landscape design and restoration, electrical support services, architectural design and consultation, grant writing, gas regulatory compliance support, and miscellaneous engineering support services. The solicitation does not include a pre-bid conference and the bid opening is scheduled for April 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The services will be provided to the Water Department located at 1800 E Wardlow Rd, Long Beach, CA.
