Description
The solicitation is for a Roads Needs Study (RNS) to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Township's asphalt road and sidewalk network, including a traffic count analysis of each road segment. The final report will detail system adequacy, funding recommendations, deficiencies, drainage improvements, road condition ratings, priority ratings, and optimal rehabilitation strategies. The study will cover a full range of capital restoration and maintenance options and must comply with Ontario Provincial Standards and relevant regulations. All asphalt roads and concrete sidewalks within the Municipality, excluding Private Roads and County Highways, will be inventoried.
