Description

The City of Baldwyn is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for a sewer and/or drainage infrastructure project. The project may receive funding from HUD - Community Development Block Grant and other federal and state agencies. The scope includes preparing a preliminary cost estimate, engineering report, plans and specifications, bid document distribution, bid opening assistance, contract execution support, preconstruction conference, and construction inspection. The contract will be awarded based on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance, with a fixed price basis upon grant award.
