Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional architectural services for the complete renovation of the Laredo Center for the Arts and adjacent commercial suites. The renovation scope includes flooring, windows, painting, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and necessary commercial improvements to meet fire and occupancy requirements as well as compliance with the Historic District Board. The project requires a licensed architect and will be awarded based on demonstrated competence and detailed credentials.
