This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a base period of five years. The item description contains acceptable sources MCGILL MANUFACTURING COMPANY INC, CAGE 92653 and ACCURATE BUSHING COMPANY, CAGE 07484, P/N 5526209. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. The required delivery is 232 days after receipt of order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 2240 each for the base period.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
