Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain chassis and subassemblies thereof from the Kingdom of Thailand. The investigation period covers January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The scope includes various chassis components and excludes certain types of trailers and axle subassemblies. The determination is a final affirmative countervailing duty determination.
