Description
This final rule requires covered air carriers to submit to the U.S. Department of Transportation a one-page document summarizing passenger rights regarding delays, diversions, cancellations, baggage, and boarding. The submission and posting obligations are contingent upon the Department's completion of the Paperwork Reduction Act process.
