Description
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has submitted an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval regarding the Data Collection Tool for State Offices of Rural Health Program. This tool is used to collect information from State Offices of Rural Health (SORH) grantees on the amount of direct technical assistance they provide to clients within their state. The data collected includes the number of technical assistance encounters and unduplicated clients served, categorized by topic area and type of audience. The information is used annually to measure the effective use of grant dollars and support activities related to improving health care in rural areas.
