Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) has determined that certain chassis and subassemblies thereof from Thailand are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation covers chassis whether finished or unfinished, assembled or unassembled, and includes various subassemblies. The period of investigation is from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
