Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that imports of certain chassis and subassemblies thereof from Mexico are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation period covers January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The determination includes a weighted-average dumping margin of 32.37 percent for the companies involved. Suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements are to be continued as per the final determination.
