Description

The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2023-18-07, which applied to certain Dassault Aviation Model MYSTERE-FALCON 20-C5, 20-D5, 20-E5, and 20-F5 airplanes. The previous AD required revising the existing maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. The new AD continues to require certain actions from the previous AD and further requires revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate additional new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. This action addresses unsafe conditions such as fatigue cracking, damage, and corrosion in principal structural elements to ensure the structural integrity of the airplanes.
