Description

The Riverside Transit Agency is seeking proposals for the installation of the latest version of Open Text’s AppEnhancer and OpenText Intelligent Data Operating Layer onto new VMware virtual servers running Windows Server 2025 and SQL Server 2025. The vendor must migrate all existing AE records and databases to the new servers, train end-users and administrators on new functionality, and ensure all documents in the repositories are OCR/full text scanned if not already done. The vendor is responsible for all technical aspects except for creating the virtual servers and obtaining Microsoft licenses. The project is open for electronic responses only with a deadline of May 7, 2026.
