The City of Pompano Beach is soliciting proposals for Utilities Rate, Financial Planning, and Organizational Services. Proposers must be registered on the City's eBid System to access solicitation documents and submit proposals electronically. The City will consider the submission of a proposal as an offer to perform the required services at the prices stated. Proposals will be electronically unsealed in a public forum and must be submitted by May 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
