Description

The City of Palm Desert is soliciting proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams to provide progressive design-build services for a new library facility. The project includes planning, design, and construction of the library, as well as demolition of existing site elements. The project is divided into two phases: preconstruction design and GMP negotiation, followed by demolition, site preparation, and construction. The project budget is capped at $24 million, with a target substantial completion date of August 2028.
