Description

The Medicine Hat Police Service (MHPS) is seeking a qualified and experienced Proponent to provide a fully managed, secure, and mission-critical telecommunications solution to support police operations. The contract includes supplying reliable mobile voice, data, and messaging services, standardized smartphones and lifecycle management, data-only connectivity, dedicated internet services, and remote connectivity solutions suitable for law-enforcement use. The agreement will support approximately 191 smartphones, 47 data-only mobile connections, and associated dedicated and remote connectivity services. The term of the agreement is three years with an option to extend for an additional two years under the same terms and conditions.
