The City of Malden is soliciting sealed bids for improvements to Roosevelt Park adjacent to Salemwood School at 529 Salem Street. The project includes removal of 1.5 feet of soil contaminated with lead, surface restoration of infield and grass areas, installation of irrigation, vegetation and debris removal, erosion control, and temporary fencing. Bids must be submitted in hard copy by May 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM. Contract documents are available electronically from IMEG Consultants Corp starting April 23, 2026.
