Description

This Solicitation is for a Professional Services Agreement with one or more Transportation Planning Consultant(s) to provide planning, engineering, surveying, and related professional services for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority's Capital Program, including the current Capital Improvement Program and future amendments. The services include transportation planning, preliminary design, traffic counts, multimodal transportation facility planning, passenger surface access analyses, concept development, strategic planning, and coordination with various governmental agencies. Tasks will be awarded on an as-needed basis and as funding is available, with no direct tasks associated with the base agreement. The selected consultant(s) are prohibited from providing construction documents and Owner’s Authorized Representative Services for the Aviation Authority.
