Description
The Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide ADA complementary paratransit services within its defined service area and during established service hours. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and fully ADA-compliant door-to-door transportation services for eligible riders, including operational staffing, vehicle operation, driver training, and customer service. The contract includes risk management services and requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
