Description

This solicitation is for the removal and replacement of the existing boilers, pumps, and associated work at Heritage Apartments located at 111 Argue Street, Windthorst, Saskatchewan. Tenders must be submitted electronically as a single PDF by 2:00 P.M. Regina City Time on Friday, May 15, 2026. Tenders of $100,000 and over require bid security in the form of a Certified Cheque, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or Bid Bond amounting to 10% of the tender. A mandatory site meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 6th at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of Heritage Apartments.
