Description

The City's Transportation Department is seeking information on traffic counting equipment and software. The City collects vehicle volumes, speeds, classifications, turning movement counts, travel-time surveys, and counts of active transportation users such as pedestrians and cyclists. The data supports safety assessments, intersection control, level-of-service analyses, development approvals, planning studies, signal coordination, and other operational or planning needs. The City also publishes an annual Average Annual Daily Traffic report for various street classifications.
