The Village of Glenview is seeking professional engineering services for Phase II (final design) and Phase III (construction and construction engineering) of improvements along Glenview Road adjacent to the Library and Harlem Avenue between Dewes Street and the Lehigh bridge. The project includes streetscape, landscaping, lighting, and traffic signal enhancements to support a cohesive downtown corridor. Design is targeted for completion in FY2026, with construction anticipated to begin in spring FY2027.
