The City of Georgetown is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or corporations with substantial and relevant experience to provide support services for the Workday enterprise resource planning system. The scope includes post-implementation support such as business process analysis, feature enhancements, troubleshooting, configuration, integration, data migration, reporting, quality assurance, testing, and knowledge transfer. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 18, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually on May 5, 2026. The public closing of proposals will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
