Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), is seeking a constructor for the installation of flooring and millwork in the Daycare Center at Parkwood Main Building. The work includes removal and disposal of existing VCT flooring, installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring, vinyl sheet good, rubber base, and replacement of existing millwork including sinks and plumbing fixtures. The successful proponent will supply and install all millwork and coordinate plumbing disconnection and reconnection. The project must be completed in phases to minimize impact on daycare operations.
