Description
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Labor and Employment Services (WorkSource Atlanta), is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process to procure qualified contractors for coordinating workforce development services among One-Stop partners and service providers in compliance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The procurement includes a prequalification phase followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Contractors will be evaluated on experience with workforce development programs, multi-partner service delivery, compliance with ADA and veteran service mandates, and ability to support an integrated One-Stop delivery system. The selected contractor is expected to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality coordination services to enhance service integration and workforce system outcomes.
