Description

The New York Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking proposals for Construction Management (CM) services for the first phase of construction of the new High Falls State Park in downtown Rochester, NY. The project involves revitalizing a 40-acre park area with features such as bridges, walking paths, roads, infrastructure improvements, ecological restoration, adaptive reuse of buildings, and playgrounds. The initial phase, starting in fall 2026, includes reconstruction of High Falls Terrace Park with demolition, landscaping, earthwork, utility infrastructure, new entrance and parking, pathways, lighting, and accessible routes. The CM will provide preconstruction, bid phase, construction phase, telecommunications, and post-construction services under a 42-month contract.
