Description

Lanmark Group, Inc. is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractors for the renovation of the Briarwood Community Library located at 85-12 Main Street, Briarwood, NY 11435. The work will be performed under a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) using union wages. The subcontracting opportunities cover a wide range of trades including demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete, structural steel framing, roofing, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and site work among others. The total MWBE participation goal for this project is 24%.
