The New York State Thruway Authority is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and financially secure firms to redevelop, operate, and maintain (design, construct, and finance) 29 Fueling Facilities at the 27 Service Areas located along, and immediately accessible from, the New York State Thruway. The contract term commences upon Authority Executive Director approval and expires on June 30, 2054. The opportunity includes goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (6%) and Minority/Women Business Enterprise (30%).
