Description

Seneca County and its coalition partners are seeking a qualified environmental consulting (QEP) and/or planning firm to assist in implementing the Brownfield Coalition Assessment Grant. The selected QEP will conduct environmental assessments, develop remedial plans, and support other environmental or planning components of the grant. The contract will cover a four-year term and includes tasks such as cooperative agreement oversight, outreach and site prioritization, phase I/II ESAs and regulated building material surveys, and cleanup/reuse plans. Proposals should demonstrate the firm's capacity to perform brownfield program tasks and manage project implementation to meet grant requirements.
