Description
Tooele County Department of Human Services is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and implement a secure, scalable Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for the County's behavioral health billing and claims needs. The system should centralize and standardize workflows for data submission and billing across a distributed network of healthcare providers. The platform must include a provider submission portal, data validation and workflow management, billing integration, and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and PHI requirements. The contract period includes a base year and four option years, with a desired go-live target of October 1, 2026.
