The U.S. Embassy Bogota, through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), is soliciting quotations for a comprehensive supply of construction materials and delivery services to support the CNP Jambalo Police Station in Cauca, Colombia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota - Products and Materials Requested: - Extensive list of construction materials, including: - Cement (550 bags, Type 1, Argos type) - Sand (400 cubic meters), gravel (60 cubic meters) - Steel beams (412 units), re-bar (various sizes, 757 units total) - Roofing materials (corrugated metal, ridge cap flashing, screws) - Wire mesh, metaldeck, galvanized pipe, chain link fencing - Plumbing and sanitary fixtures (PVC pipes, sanitary tees, elbows, unions, ball valves, water tank, toilets, sinks, urinals) - Electrical supplies (THHN stranded wire in multiple gauges and colors, conduit boxes, circuit breakers, switches, LED lighting, solar-powered street lamp) - Tools and safety equipment (pliers, multitools, headlamps, gloves, safety glasses, back braces) - Paints, primers, adhesives, and related accessories - Miscellaneous: sandbags, buckets, gasoline/diesel in cans, wood planks, tile adhesives, tile spacers - Quantities and detailed descriptions are specified for each item - Services Requested: - Delivery, shipping, and handling of all materials to the CNP Jambalo Police Station, including loading/unloading and coordination with the receiving point of contact - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All materials must be delivered within 30 days after receipt of order - Warranty and local support in Colombia are required - Delivery must be made directly to the CNP Jambalo Police Station - Some items specify suggested brands (e.g., Argos cement, Topex stucco, Acorn buckets, Pavco plumbing) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs are mandated, but suggested brands include Argos (cement), Pavco (plumbing), Topex (stucco), Acorn (buckets), Luminex (circuit breakers), Grival (shower set), and Truper (headlamp, insulation tape) - Place of Performance: - CNP Jambalo Police Station, Cauca, Colombia - U.S. Embassy Bogota (contracting/government office)

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota invites you to submit a quotation for the  acquisition of CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL JAMBALO CAUCA.

All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR15958249 no later than May 26, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to LopezJF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12.To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
