Description

The Medicine Hat Police Service (MHPS) is seeking a qualified and experienced Proponent to provide a fully managed, secure, and mission-critical telecommunications solution to support police operations. The contract includes supplying reliable mobile voice, data, and messaging services, standardized smartphones and lifecycle management, data-only connectivity, dedicated internet services, and remote connectivity solutions suitable for law-enforcement use. The service will support approximately 191 smartphones, 47 data-only mobile connections, and associated dedicated and remote connectivity services. The contract term is three years with an option to extend annually for an additional two years.
