This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a strategic agreement with one or more providers to supply anatomical pathology equipment and automation solutions across Alberta. The equipment will support routine pathology processing at various sites including hub laboratories in Calgary and Edmonton, as well as regional and tertiary sites. Proponents should provide scalable testing platforms and automation solutions that support standardization across the Alberta Precision Laboratories environment. The selected equipment will be deployed based on the provincial test matrix and testing volumes. The contract duration is approximately 85 months starting from July 1, 2026.
