Description
Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the rental of residential furniture for the American Consulate in Milan, Italy. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This service is to be provided at approximately no. 35 apartments.
The anticipated performance period is for 1 (one) base year. The Government may award multiple BPAs based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant BPAs will be firm fixed price type agreements.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotation.
