Description
1.0 This solicitation is intended for the purchase of work uniforms for the Fire Department at NSA Souda Bay. The requirement includes various uniform items such as trousers, shirts, belts, and caps, in varying colors and sizes. The contractor shall provide the specified clothing items in the schedule of supplies attached as a single, complete delivery. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for the full specifications.
1.1 This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for a one-time supply buy.
1.2 Point of Contact: All communications, including questions and clarifications regarding this solicitation, must be directed in writing to the following points of contact Kelly N. 1.3 Offer submission: Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to the POCs specified above.
1.4 Offer Deadline: Quotes must be received no later than May 7th, 2026 at 0700 Eastern European Time
1.5 Incurred Costs: The United States Government (USG) is not responsible for any costs incurred by the offeror in the preparation and submission of their proposal.
2. Quote Format and Content
2.1 Quotes shall be submitted using the attached Exhibit A - price matrix. Offerors must include unit price as well as total price for each clothing item.
2.2 Quotes submitted by offerors must also include the following: (1) The solicitation number; (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; (3) The name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number of the offeror; (4) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; (5) Terms of any express warranty; (6) Price and any discount terms; (7) "Remit to" address, if different than mailing address; (8) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-3 (see FAR 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically); (9) A completed copy of FAR Clause 52.222-18 Certification Regarding Knowledge of Child Labor for Listed End Products (See below additional Reference FAR 52.222-18 included by full text). (10) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments; (11) Past performance information, when included as an evaluation factor, to include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information); and (12) Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.

4. Terms and Conditions By submitting a proposal, the offeror agrees to all terms and conditions of this solicitation. The USG reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or to reject any proposals received.
5. Questions and Amendments
5.1 Offerors may submit written questions concerning this solicitation to the points of contact listed in section 1.2. All questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.
5.2 The USG may amend this solicitation at any time. All amendments will be posted to SAM.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor for and acknowledge all amendments.
