The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, under the U.S. Department of State, is seeking a vendor to supply and install a fully operational CCTV system at its facility in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, General Services Office - Products and Services Requested: - Supply and installation of a CCTV system including: - 30-40 IP-based AI-powered cameras with smart motion detection, IR illumination, facial recognition, and vehicle detection - Pro Recording Server - APC Smart-UPS units - Structured cabling (including fiber optics) - Wall-mounted racks with ventilating fans - System testing, commissioning, and end-user training - Removal and disposal of existing CCTV system components - Comprehensive operator training (system monitoring, playback, investigation, troubleshooting) - 3-year warranty and technical support required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must be high quality, reliable, and meet or exceed current power requirements - Advanced analytics (AI, facial recognition, vehicle detection) are required - Delivery and installation expected within 1-2 months after order issuance - Minimum 3-year warranty on all equipment and services - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the solicitation - Place of performance is the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh; delivery may also be routed through a U.S. dispatch agency in Kent, WA

U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh has a requirement for a vendor to supply and install a “Fully Operational CCTV System” for U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh.  The replacement solution provided by the vendor must be high quality and reliable, while meeting or exceeding the current power requirements of the existing system in both function and capacity.
