The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the supply of mobile phones for official use. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, General Services Office - OEMs Highlighted: - Apple (iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max specified, or equivalent) - Vendors: - Open to vendors able to supply new, factory-unlocked mobile phones meeting the specifications - Products/Services Requested: - 10 Apple iPhone 17 Pro (256GB), colors: 4 silver, 4 deep blue, 2 orange - 10 Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB), colors: 4 silver, 4 deep blue, 2 orange - Each phone must include: phone case, screen protector, original charging adapter, and USB cable - All devices must be new, factory-unlocked, and include at least a one-year manufacturer's warranty - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery must be door-to-door to the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh within 1-2 months of order - Compliance with U.S. regulations, cybersecurity, and trade restrictions is required - Devices must be covered by a manufacturer's warranty for parts and service - Equivalent models may be proposed if they meet or exceed the specified technical requirements
