THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. It is issued for market research purposes to identify interested and capable sources for a future requirement. Information submitted is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding.
The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB, CA is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources for the annual preventative service, maintenance, and potential repair of twenty (20) Big Ass Fans, along with a one-time guy wire installation on four (4) of those fans.
Requirement Overview
The requirement includes providing all supervision, labor, tools, materials, parts, and equipment (including certified lifts) to perform the following services across five aircraft hangars at Beale AFB, CA.
Annual Preventative Maintenance - Annual inspection, cleaning, torque checks, lubrication, and safety verification for twenty (20) Big Ass Fans in accordance with manufacturer specifications. One-Time Guy Wire Installation- Installation of new guy wires on four (4) specific ceiling-mounted fans in hangars B1068 and B1045. Diagnostic & Repair Services- Evaluation to determine the root cause of fan failures and, upon authorization, execution of necessary repairs to restore full operational capability.
