Description

1. BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE This announcement is a DRAFT Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) issued by the Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Theater Support Center (TSC) on behalf of The Old Guard (TOG). In preparation for the upcoming formal release of the Caisson Wagon Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) under 10 U.S.C. § 4022 (Other Transaction Authority), the Government is seeking industry input on the draft solicitation documents.

The objective of this draft release is to ensure that the Government's requirements are clear, realistic, and structured to yield the best possible prototype solutions. Industry feedback on these draft documents is highly valuable and will be utilized to refine the final RPP prior to its formal publication.
