The U.S. Air Force, Air Mobility Command at Travis Air Force Base, is seeking information from businesses regarding the supply of Phantom Landing Zone Lighting Kits for airfield operations: - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command, 60 CONS LGC at Travis Air Force Base - Point of contact: SSgt Wesley Shepherd - Products/Services Requested: - Three (3) complete Phantom Landing Zone Lighting Kits - Each kit includes: - Twenty (20) AZL-15 (or AZL15) landing zone lights - Features: blue, white, and IR modes; steady-on and flashing functions; powered by AA batteries; minimum 15 candelas output - Two (2) compatible remote transmitters per kit - Range: at least 4,000 feet - One (1) Pelican case per kit sized to house all components - Total quantities: 60 landing zone lights, 6 transmitters, 3 Pelican cases - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Lights must support blue, white, and IR modes - Each light must provide at least 15 candelas output - Remote transmitters must have a minimum 4,000-foot range - Kits must include a Pelican case for transport and storage - 12-month warranty required on all items - Compliance with AFI 10-406 and AFI 13-217 for airfield operations - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - The Air Force is especially interested in responses from small business subsets - Place of performance and delivery is Travis Air Force Base, California

This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) or promise to use a future RFQ or RFP.
This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms, certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products.
This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
Respondents are requested to provide the following information to the listed Points of Contact:
1. Business name (official and 'doing business as')
2. Representative name and their contact information (email preferred)
3. Cage code/UEI number
4. Quote for three (3) complete Phantom Landing Zone Lighting Kits. Each kit must include 20 each AZL-15 lights and two (2) each compatible remote transmitters.
