The Air Force Materiel Command is seeking design and construction services for a new mezzanine and modular office solution at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center (FA8227 AFSC OL H PZIM) - Contracting office located at Hill Air Force Base - Project Scope: - Design and build a 1200 sq. ft. enclosed mezzanine in Building 238, South Center - Includes an office, break room with cabinetry and double-basin sink, and a multi-purpose computer lab/meeting space - Structural steel fabrication and erection for mezzanine and stairs - Framing and finishing of walls and ceiling for upper mezzanine level - Interior finishes: carpet tiles, luxury vinyl plank flooring, rubber wall base, cabinetry, and kitchen sink - Electrical and data installations: LED lighting with dimmer switches, dedicated circuits for appliances - Plumbing stub-outs for break room sink (final plumbing by customer) - Integration of fire alarm and suppression systems per code - Services Requested: - Complete design package compliant with UFC, Hill AFB standards, and all relevant codes - Construction services including all labor, materials, and equipment - Unique Requirements: - Support column design alternatives if new footings are not feasible - Compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Hill AFB standards, and applicable codes - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or purchase quantities are named in the documents - Place of Performance: - Hill Air Force Base, Utah (Building 238, South Center)
