The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Service Contracting Department, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract that provide Service for Continual Maintenance of Machine Coolant for Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) in accordance with the enclosed Combined Synopsis Solicitation. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside utilizing Product Service Code (PSC) J068, Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment-Chemicals and Chemical Products.
