This solicitation is for the supply and installation of a High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) System with Diode Array and Refractive Index Detection. The system will support research in microbial synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, and biochemical pathway reconstruction. It will be used for quantifying small molecule metabolites, monitoring bioconversion reactions, method development, stability and purity analysis, and training students. The contract duration starts from September 1, 2026, with the exact duration to be determined. The estimated budget is CAD $170,000 plus HST.
