The U.S. Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) is seeking sources for the delivery and installation of eight (8) Bleacher Seating Systems to support training operations. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command - 502d Contracting Squadron (502 CONS/PKBA), JBSA Lackland, TX - 343 TRS (Training Squadron) also referenced - Products/Services Requested: - Eight (8) Bleacher Seating Systems - Each system must accommodate at least 123-125 individuals - Grandstand-style layout with folding contoured seats (brown color) - Integrated hydraulic one-person push-button deployment system - Weather-resistant construction, integrated canopy, and safety features compliant with International Building Code (IBC) - Highway-legal tandem-axle trailer chassis with electric brakes, DOT compliance, and mobility features - Includes operator training and operating manual - Delivery, assembly, installation, off-loading, site maintenance, cleanup, and removal of packaging/refuse - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Systems must be mobile, highway-legal, and feature hydraulic deployment for single-person operation - Warranty provisions required - Work to be performed Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding federal holidays - Operator training and manuals must be provided - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified manufacturers - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Four (4) units to JBSA Camp Bullis (218 McWilliams Road, Building 5424, San Antonio, TX 78257) - Four (4) units to JBSA Lackland (1350 Scott Drive, Building 10252, San Antonio, TX 78236) - This is a Sources Sought notice; interested parties are requested to respond to the RFI.

The Government has a requirement for eight (8) Bleacher Seating Systems for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Camp Bullis and Lackland, (San Antonio) TX. Complete and return the attached Request for Information (RFI). See Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1) and Salient Characteristics (Attachment 2) for additional details.
